WORKS WITH ANY REDDIT APPThis app will send you notifications when posts reachesyourchosen threshold in your favorite subreddits.When you click the notification, it will open up in yourdefaultreddit application. (Example: Baconreader).Example of usage: You can add the news subreddit, and chosepostsabove limit of 2000. This way you will be sent a notificationwhensomething is really trending. You should get an impression oftheactivity level on the subreddit before deciding on the limit,or youwill get too many. However, there are limits in place topreventspamming the servers.This is not an official app, but it uses the public API.
